I have been in training for this steadily for many years. I've managed more and more miles and longer and longer over time.
I have taken part in two 12 hour bikeathons along the way.
At the moment I'm just trying to get the miles in everyday to know what it feels like daily. I'm trying to get it in day after day so at the moment (10th May 2006) I am upto 2 hours per day.
